This clarification text has been prepared by NOOSTER BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ A.Ş. (“Company”) in the capacity of Controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Clarification Obligation.

The company collects some personal information of its visitors who share their contact information using the contact form on https://inooster.com/ to process.

As the company, we pay utmost care to act in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 regarding the processing and preservation of your personal data. For this reason, we process your personal data as described below and within the limits prescribed by the legislation.

Your personal data specified above are processed by the company in accordance with the basic principles stipulated by the LPPD for the following purposes and are stored securely in electronic environment for processing purposes within an appropriate period.

For What Purpose the Personal Data is to be Processed

Personal data obtained from you, our valued online visitors, within the scope of the Contact Form, are processed by our Company for the purposes of conducting communication activities, tracking requests/complaints, and managing service sales processes.

To Whom and What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can be Transferred:

Your personal data in question shall be transferred to the offices, audit firms, business partners, shareholders from which legal consultancy services are received by the COMPANY for the above-mentioned purposes within the framework of legal obligations and legal limitations and in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the KVKK and within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of the LPPD to service providers and existing or to be established companies affiliated to INOOSTER BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ A.Ş, domestic/foreign organizations that are jointly and severally responsible with the Company for taking security measures. 

Method and Legal Reason of Collecting Personal Data:

Your personal data is collected by our Company in the electronic environment for the above-mentioned purposes, based on the processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the LPPD, provided that processing of data is compulsory for the legitimate interests of the data controller and that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

Rights of the Data Subject under the LPPD, Article 11:

In accordance with Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law (PDP), you can apply to our Company and make requests regarding your personal data on the following issues:

To learn as to whether personal data has been processed or not,

to request information if their personal data has been processed,

to learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in line with their purpose,

To be informed about the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,

To request correction of the personal data processed incompletely or inaccurately and to request the provision of the information on the transaction performed under this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data are transferred,

To request deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons necessitating their processing cease to exist, despite personal data has been processed in accordance with Law numbered 6698 and relevant other law provisions, and to request notification of the operations made within this context to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

To object a consequence arising to the detriment of the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively by automatic means,

To request compensation for damages in cases where damage is caused due to unlawful processing of personal data.
